
DeLoach joins RCDC as Early Intervention Program Director

GARDEN CITY, Kan. -- Russell Child Development Center (RCDC) welcomes David DeLoach to their team as the Early Intervention Program Director. As part of his new role, DeLoach will lead the tiny-k program.
DeLoach comes to RCDC with 15 years of experience in the field of education and special education. Seven of those years were in a leadership role. DeLoach earned his undergraduate degrees from Washburn University and Fort Hays State University, a Masters in Special education from the University of KS, and a Masters in Leadership from Fort Hays State University.
DeLoach said, “I am so fortunate to be a part of this incredible group of professionals supporting families in our community and surrounding community. I feel my career has led me to here, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.”
