Cheers for Peers is an employee recognition program designed to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and positive impact of RCDC staff. Our team members go above and beyond every day, and this program provides an opportunity to highlight their contributions and show appreciation.
Through Cheers for Peers, employees can nominate their co-workers in one of three categories: Heart of Gratitude, Sparkle & Shine, and Team Extreme. These awards recognize outstanding teamwork, commitment, and the extra effort that makes RCDC a great place to work.
