Deanna Berry, RCDC Executive Director, has been a pioneer for early intervention and a devoted advocate for young children and their families. For more than 20 years, she has led early childhood initiatives at RCDC with a strong vision and voice informed by her comprehensive understanding of complex local, state, and national systems, as well as current research and emerging trends in early childhood. Throughout her career, Deanna has consistently looked for ways to meet the needs of children and families of all backgrounds and abilities so that young children can thrive.

 

In honor of Deanna’s career and retirement, Russell Child Development Center’s Board of Directors has established the Deanna Berry Children’s Fund. The purpose of this fund is to ensure that services for young children and their families in Southwest Kansas continue to thrive. Our goal is to raise $1,000,000 by June 30, 2021.
