Russell Child Development Center is a community based not-for-profit organization.
RCDC is the umbrella agency for seven early childhood programs in 19 Southwest Kansas counties.
COVID-19 Update:
Due to the increasing number of coronavirus cases affecting RCDC employees and their families, as well as the rising number of community cases in our region, RCDC will be providing all services via virtual platforms or phone through December 31, 2020. Parents and caregivers of children currently receiving active services will be contacted directly by their home visitors for scheduling. We encourage all RCDC families to maintain these services so vital to their young children’s growth and development. All employees will still be accessible and working their regular schedules. We also encourage all referral sources for free developmental screenings or other services, to actively continue making referrals and we will make contact with families as usual.
