Maxine Atkinson, Garden City, is the recipient of RCDC’s first annual Ruth Ball Service Award. This award is named in honor of Mrs. Ruth Ball, a member of the Russell family for whom RCDC is named, and one of the original founders of the agency. The award recognizes volunteers who have made substantial contributions to the agency. Please join us in congratulating Maxine as our 2020 recipient of the Ruth Ball Service Award and thanking her for her many years of volunteer work to support RCDC fundraising efforts, most notably, the annual Fantasy Tree Festival.
